SUITABILITY: Okay so, Donnie comes from a long line of ninja. Not that... His Splinter did much in properly training him and his brothers, as they learned mostly by watching the action movies made by Lou Jistu aka Hamato Yoshi aka Splinter up until Donnie was 14. At that age, for Donnie, is when the turtles started doing hero stuff. Fighting Draxum, Big Mama and other mutants. This climaxed in them fighting the demon posessed armor of their ancestor the Shredder, which they won when Donnie was around 15. And then some months later came the Krang, in 2020 making Donnie 16, aliens that assimilate whole worlds and destroy them. Basically Donnie has, with his family, done on the street heroics and world saving stuff as a team. Also he is a complete tech-head, as he has built various items to help himself and his family, ranging from a tank to his personal battle shells. Add to it that because of how his family works, together, he is able to work as a team.

POWERS & SKILLS: Donnie has many different skills, but only one power that he utilizes in different ways.

Skills
Bojitsu: Donnie is skilled in combat with a bo staff, this also includes his using a transforming weapon in his tech-bo.
Enhanced Fabrication: Donnie is capable of building high tech creations, ranging from as big as an entire animal shelter to as small as an arm mounted computer.
Lip Reading: Yes, he can read lips. It only came up once in canon.
Ninjitsu: Basically he is skilled, to a point due to Splinter's reluctance in teaching them beyond learning from Lou Jitsu films, in basic ninjitsu. Which covers stealth. But he is no master at the art, and he is probably the weakest of his btohers.
Durability/Strength/Agility: Due to being a mutant, Donnie is better than a human in that he can take a lot of hits before going down, is stronger than the expected of a teenager his age and due to his training is faster then one would think a mutant turtle could be.
Shell Retraction: yeah, even though technically soft shell turtles are incapable of retracting into their shells, Donnie is able to.

Powers
Hamato Ninpo: Due to being a decendant of the Hamato clan, Donnie has access to the mystic ability called ninpo. For him it manifests as "mystic tech" as he calls it. He is probably the least skilled in it, due to not using mystic skills until he was 15/The series finale.
His ninpo comes in two flavours:
Weapon Generation: Donnie can use random objects to turn into weaponry, his mostly uses this to create a bo staff for himself. Although he does create out of mystic energy things like missles, guns and rockets.
Technology Generation: Creating or linking to his own tech with his mystic abilities, improving his tech in the process. One example of him doing this was linking to a giant drill her made with his ninpo and being able to lift it to use against the Shredder.

NERFED POWERS: 30% power for any weaponry he generates, if that doesn't work him being unable to create anything bigger than like a rifle/bo staff.

PERSONAL ITEM:
Battle Shell
- It's a protective shell that Donnie wears on his back to protect his soft shell.
- Going with the most basic form of it, it comes equipped with a jetpack capability, four robotic arms and a recording device.
- It also connects to an arm computer he wears/his mystic tech/ninpo.
ALTERNATE IDENTITY: Shiki Hamato, Closest thing to Geek Squad at Cyberpunk Best Buy.
CODE NAME CHOICE: Donnie has a username he uses canonly! Bootyyyshaker9000 of course I am fine with him not having that or getting a mod assigned one. Most of what I can think of are like, Purple One or some play on that which actually wouldn't bother him, because his father calls him by color a lot.
