AFFECTION: Donnie is not accustomed to such things, so you can do it he'll not like it/be awkward about it. Unless it's his family.
VIOLENCE: He can fight, so bring it.
RELATIONSHIPS: Open to them, any gender, but he has self esteem issues that will make it slow burn outside of memes. Kink List.
MINDREADING: Lot of science stuff, probably be hard to follow what he thinks about as well.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Hamato Ninpo (Syn Flux nerf: He is unable to create anything bigger than a Bo Staff.)
MEDICAL INFORMATION: He's a mutant turtle.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: Being lied to, manipulation through praise, sensory issues (Mostly touch/textures). Donnie also has a fear of beach balls.
CONTENT WARNING: Due to Donnie's upbringing, there is the possibility of child neglect, generational trauma, ninja warfare, created to be a weapon, aliens, and PTSD coming up.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

VISUAL: 16 year old 5'5" bipedal soft shell turtle. Rectangular purple markings on his shoulders and upper thighs and a metal false shell over his natural soft one called a Battle Shell he is rarely seen without it. Wears a purple mask with eyebrows drawn on it, black arm and leg wraps and a black belt with buckle that seems to be the symbol for the Mad Dogs (aka what the Rise Turtles called themselves at first). Heterochromia, right eye is blue while his left eye is reddish brown. Cloaking brooch/Human appearance is this.
AURAL: "Fake Nerd Voice", flat inflection
OLFACTORY: Faint ozone/metallic scent, overlay of sewer stink though as he canonly swims in sewer water and a hint of reptile/turtle aroma.
DEMEANOUR: When interested in something, gets in its face/personal space with no care, outside of that? Very stand-offish, touch avoidant, especially with regard to his back, with a hint of self-confidence.

Since some of this is based on Twitter answers by the creative team of Rise, so the dubious canon state of them since they were ideas that were never put into the show.

- Donnie has a love of botany, mostly growing fruits and vegetables. IE: Pumpkins. From an unfinished episode where the plot is basically "Get Donnie's giant pumpkin to a county fair".

- The turtles didn't celebrate birthdays until later in their lives, due to how off kilter Splinter was in regards to his own mutation that such things never occurred to him. (a twitter answer)

- Leo is the one who insisted on him and Donnie being referred to as twins. It took years until Donnie "gave in", like I say they would have been 7 when Donnie went "fine" about the whole thing.

- Donnie does not like having anything too tight around his neck, as seen by the fact that in "Snow Day" he's not wearing a scarf and in "The Clothes Don't Make The Turtle" he's the only one of the turtles not wearing a tie when they are all in suits. He can wear ties, of course, as seen in "Repairin' the Baron" when he wears one when they thought they'd be meeting April's parents, but it's very rare/it's probably loosely tied.

- Occasionally played on memes: but female soft shells have mottled shells. Donnie has a mottled shell. So uh... possible FTM/Trans Male Donatello.
