[He doesn't, really, but he doesn't want to overwhelm Leo with his twin in this current state. Also he's not too sure if Leo will like, remember to hold onto the board considering he started to wander off in just that short little time Donnie wasn't holding his hand.]

I can help...? [Leo offers again weakly, boiling over into some mild frustration at how... his emotions are all over the place. God, this sucks, this sucks so much.

Coherency of the situation sucks just as much. It was easier when he was fully in a fog, but right now the weight of Donnie's hand holding his is grounding enough Leo can actively think a bit more clearly.

It won't last long, but its at least something.]

You can help by just, getting some sleep when we get home okay? [He is for sure not going to let go of Leo's hand anytime soon, and sure it's awkward carrying his stuff but still. He can handle it.

He's got to handle it, there's no one else who can right now. Sure he could have gotten a hold of Bucky for help but this is... Personal? Or at least he feels like he needs to take care of Leo, it's his responsibility.

As to Leo's apology, he'll just smile at his twin and shake his head.]

His mind also just drifts, skittering across topics and thoughts breezily enough he can't keep much consistent.

His words are halting, a little unsteady as he speaks.]

Yeah, yeah, I would, I'd like... build you a pillow fort and find you one of those weighted blankets you like. [He sways a little as they walk, sleepily slurring his words.] If I couldn't find one, I'd learn to sew so I could do it later on.

S'like Raph needing his bears a certain way on his bed, and Mikey wanting the nightlight pointed at the door.

I know, insomnia's a pain like that isn't it? [He knows that Leo has issues with sleeping, but never this bad. Honestly, he'll blame it mostly on the whole repeating day than on Leo himself.

As to the rest of what Leo has to say though? Donnie is a little surprised by it all.]

For someone who wants to be thought of as a goof-off, you really do pay attention, don't you?

[He almost, almost, mentioned the whole not wanting to be a leader thing. But refrained because even with Leo in this state he knows a touchy subject.]

He blinks back into the conversation when Donnie speaks. His guard remains firmly down given his lack of focus on much of anything.] s'easier not to disappoint anyone if they think you're stupid and full of yourself.

[He says this with a sleepy crinkle of his snout before his attention drifts away.]

[He hums a little to himself, and when Leo drifts to the right? he tugs his brother a bit back on track, not to hard as he doesn't want to startle Leo but enough to keep him from going too far.]

[He would go on to tell Leo that he proves that in the future, but Leo poses that kind of question.]

I guess it depends? Is it during the loop or like the last loop? And do you get caught?

[He doesn't fight against Donnie's tug, drifting back in line easily enough.] Didn't take one.

[He pauses almost seeming lost in thought again.] lets take one. Yeah?

[While a good idea, in a way, it's also a bad idea for various reasons. Like;]

Look, I'm good with tech but I don't think I'd know how to hot-wire cars as old as the ones around here.

[That and he has a hunch Leo would want to drive, which is also a no go.]

He absolutely misses, losing his hold on Donnie's hand entirely and tumbles to the sidewalk in a pile.]

[He was just going to like, let Leo do what he wants but! Instead, his twin is now a pile on the ground.]

Leo! [And he's rushing to the pile of spider-turtle and checking on his brother to make sure he didn't hurt himself, which means he's placing what he has under his arm (laptop and skateboard) down so he can use both hands to check over Leo.]

[Leo needs a second to get himself mildly back together. He manages an awkward thumbs up as he awkwardly tries to untangle from himself.]

S'good! [He now is trying to remember why he's on the ground.] Just.. chillin'.

No, it's not good. [He's going to try to help Leo get recalibrated as best as he can.] You fell, that's no good at all.

[Leo puts up no protest at being moved around.] Did I-? I'm... [He presses the butts of his palms against his eyes.

His brain seems to skitter elsewhere, farther back than it needs to.]

Can we... turn on the sunlamp?

[The sunlamp back in the lair at home.]

[And moved around he shall be. Or at least moved enough so he's less laying on the ground and more like sitting.]

Yeah, you di-- [Ah that question makes Donnie pause.]

We'd have to get home first.

[He sounds a little sad when he says that, kind of figuring that Leo means the lamp back at the lair.]

[Leo just needs to sit for a moment, mentally just gathering as many of his loose thoughts as he can.

His short term memory is struggling a little on where they are before its dropped to the side for right now.]

We could pile. [He rubs at his eyes a little. Still stumbling over his words.] that'd be real cool. S'been a while...

[Leo can take his time, it's not like they have anywhere they need to be. Other than someplace where Leo can sleep safely that is.]

Yeah, although it'll be a sad kind of pile with just the two of us...

Never a sad pile, when its a family pile. [He answers simply enough with a decent amount of conviction for a former turtle who was sprawled on the ground. He grunts a little as he moves to get up.]

[Okay that actually gets to him, he can't help but smile a bit at Leo's words as he's going to try to help his brother get up.]

Yeah. Yeah, you're right... For once.

[with Donnie's help, Leo actually manages to get back onto his feet.]

Hurtful, you know I'm right about many things! [He manages to sound normal for a two whole seconds before his attention darts away. Confusion seems to hit him all at once.] ...This is sure not New York?

[And oof, good feelings dashed by Leo saying it's not New York. As he grabs his laptop and skateboard once more.] Yeah cause we're not in New York. It's Bavan, a totally different city, Leo.

Huh. [He just looks at the city blearily, as if he's never seen it before. He reaches out to try and take the board, confused openly by why it is different before the confusion drops out of his head entirely.] Gimme a rating, New York, Jersey or Staten Island levels?

[Yeah for once he's not going to fight Leo, and lets him take the board.]

A rating, huh? [He actually considers it.] I'd say it's somewhere between New York and Jersey.

[Leo just loosely hugs the board against his chest, idly playing with the wheels in the process.

He starts moving, but is not heading in the right direction at all. From how wobbly he's walking, he's still decidedly disoriented. He still slips on his words, needing longer to get them together.] Ough, we need to find New York. Like, [He struggles a lot on this word in particular.] A-ASAP.
